I needed a nice suburban family home for my newest family, so I decided to create a nice 3-Bed, 3-Bath in Newcrest! There's also an attatched sunroom, as well as an office space upstairs that can be converted to a 4th bedroom if needed! As always, my builds are CC-free and only use the packs listed above, although there are a few debug objects placed throughout the lot. Be sure to enable the "moveobjects" cheat before placing!
