I built this for one of my sims that sadly passed away and her granddaughter inherited it from her. It's a 'fixer-upper' with a few modern pieces of furniture. Her grandma's dining set is still there and the kichen is untouched but she loves the sunroom! Maybe your sims could remodel it?
