This build has been inspired by #sunnysimsie, after watching her video on this build i wanted to have a go at creating it myself :). Ive added my own spin on it and i must say im very happy with it, and i hope you enjoy :). Perfect for 3 sims starting university, furnished with individual skills/hobbies.
