This Bungalow swimms on the water. Your Sims can swim through the water to the little relaxing zone in the middle of the ocean. In there is much space to relax with your Sims. There is also a seperately platform in front of the big platform. It is also possible to place it on 30x30 if you keep the pool a little smaler on one side.
