I built this lot on the northern, residential, 30x30 lot in the Ohan'ali Town part of #Sulani. I set the lot as a spa, for the balance of a bar worker turning up and sims acting the way I wanted them to, but you can also set this lot as a bar, lounge or beach for example. This lot includes a bar/lounge, canteen, rooms to sleep 8 adult sims and a toddler, with a honeymoon suite on the lowest level.
