I renovated this house exclusively for my Sim who is a Secret Agent in Villain branch. Previously he was located in Evergreen Harbor. After succesull carreer as a double agent and professional Musseum burglar he decidet to dissappear. Now he is on an island, living in off the grid house (so no one could find him).
