Hey There, So here is my first house build without budget restrains and with only the base game. I tried not to go overboard except with the size of the pool, i'm kinda bad at creating a nice garden... Ground level: bedroom with semi attached bathroom, study 'boss' room. 1st floor: bedroom with attached bathroom, kitchen, hobby area & 2 balcony's. Basement: Gym area, spare bed.
