At the moment it's a #2bedroom house but you can change the #study and the #artroom and make it a #4bedroom if you need. Also includes #nocc #3bath #garden #pool #bar #playarea and it's fully #furnished. Plenty of room for collectables - especially fresh paintings! I did have to use the moveobjects cheat for the shower in the girls bath.
