Henry and Barb Cunningham bought this beautiful suburban home in 1986, just before the birth of their daughter Melina. After college, Melina got pregnant and came back to live with her parents. After a few years of living in tight quarters, Henry and Barb decided to retire to Del Sol Valley, leaving the house to their daughter to enjoy with her son.
