Starter home for 2 to 3 sims. Only itmes from base game plus Cool Kitchen Stuff. I used every single thing from Cool Kitchen so most of the money went into that therefor the rest of the house is quite empty and I had to exclude the TV and computer but it shouldn't take too long to save save some money for that and to fill the house with decorations.
