Kitchen with a #TableFor4 as well as a 2 bedrooms, #LivingRoom #Bathroom, #LaundryRoom, and #StudyRoom on the first floor. Room to socialize inside, too! :) Bright, colorful, and cheerful! :) Loft bedroom and bath upstairs. Greenhouse with (untested) bathroom attached. ALSO - about half the lot is used! With some changes, should be able to fit on 20x30.
