A fully only basegame build. This has the Blue suburbary vibe on the outside but has a modern open studio home. Almost like a studio apartment. You can place this on smaller lots too. Mainly because it is a small and quaint house. I was inspired by #lilsimsie . This is my best build so far :) Its a bit more expensive than a starter home, cos i put some more expensive electronics inside..
