Since Discover University EP is right around the corner, I decided to build an off-campus residence with a rainbow-themed playful exterior for students with character. It is a 2-story residence with 4 single studio apartments on the first floor and 2 double studio apartments on the second floor. So this build would fit 8 sims very comfortably.
