This is a home I built to be used as shared university housing. There are 3 separate living areas, each with their own private entry. The outside common areas have a bar, hot tub, grill, telescope, and gardening area. Each "apartment" is currently furnished according to the degree of the Sims I have moved in. #university #studenthousing
