I renovated and re-laid out Maritime Manor in a way that made more sense and looks nicer and more modern. I tried to keep it so it still blended in with the other buildings surrounding it in the world, but I wanted it to look a little more updated. Up to six sims can live in this building, with plenty of hang out space and a nice kitchen area.
