This can be placed on a smaller lot. I tried to keep it relatively inexpensive, but it is still $32,582. It is partially decorated, but has good furniture comfort. Color sceme is a burnt orange, black, white, and grey. I spent about 3-4 hours making this from scratch using a floor plan that I found online and modified for the Sims.
