Maritime Manor Reno
A renovation of #maritimemanor for #foxybury #studenthousing (made the lot residential though, because not having an oven seemed silly, but you can easily flip it by taking that out). Kept most of the same structure, but made it a little more modern an lived in. Can fit four student sims as is, but could probably fit up to 8 if you got creative.
