I'm renovating #basegame builds right now, so here is the next one, #streamletsingle! This is a #starterhome that actually has a computer that's not the cheapest one haha. I really don't know how I ended up fitting a second or third cheapest fridge, stove, TV, and computer all in one build but here you go! Also has an easel and full length mirror for some skill building.
