Streamlet Single 1 hour renovation while maintaining starter home ability. I turned this weird one bedroom, empty floorplan into a space large enough for 3 sims. The home kept much of its exterior with the exception of a smaller porch. There is now a shared bed and a child or teens room. I also upgraded the applicances and items in the build.
