Everything here is just plain gross from years of being abandoned. Your goal is to fix it up with your sim and their hard-earned money. Dont keep money for things you sell, you're throwing them away. Every crack you "fix" costs $100. Dont change wallpaper while there's still a crack on the wall. Suggestions: "view" every piece you can before trashing it, max handiness and vet skill before buying, "salvage" anything you can, get better vet tables, etc. #renovation #challenge #vet #story
