Bob Pancakes noticed a lot of homeless Sims around his community and knew it was time for change. In response, he renovated Movers & Shakers into a gym/community center. The bottom floor consists of all the necessary workout equipment. On the top floor, two sets of bunk beds, a full service kitchen with a bar, a large community table, and four full service restrooms (two male/two female).
