A Sulani beach house on stilts. Not so much a tree house anymore. Suits a young adult leaving his or hers parental home. Will be my Rose sim's first home since she will not afford the other sulani rose house yet! It's almost a starter. I had to take away the computer and TV to keep the cost down.
