This is the former residence of Dr Zapato, which the Society of Paratoga recently renovated to open to the public. The Commttee has yet to figure out what sprung a leak in the tower, but coincidently enough the "great-great- grandson" of Dr Zapato showed up in Forgotten Hollow the next day. #steampunk
