When the creek used to be a river, this was the old pump house, providing water to all of the residents. Now, the river is a creek and this old pump house is now a home. It still has remnants of its former self, the storage pond is now a pool for instance and a lot of the original piping, but a professional couple could really make this a home! #rustic #steampunk #industrial #loft
