Spice market style Steakhouse with a bar and a poker & cigar lounge in the basement. Next door is a flower shop (also usable if you change the lot assignment), the rest of the building next door is "abandoned". I had a lot of fun with the details but got a little over my head at one point: There's a display where people can choose their meat, unfortunately the meat became bad after a while and I couldn't move it anymore.
