I'm sharing this now as the cost has already gone over the #starting price for the possible #19 SIMS that could sleep here, even though I've used the #cheapest objects as placeholders, so the #freerealestate cheat will need to be used. I could have got the cost down more by changing the windows, using cheaper fence etc but I'm not sure that would make enough of a difference at this point. I plan on finishing this fully furnished in the way I can see each unit being done by individuals. #basegame
