This is definetly more expensive than a starter, but it has all the things an expensive home would have in a starter. This house is great for any Sim. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, dining room, kitchen, big living room including a computer and easel. The backyard includes a deck, a big pool, and extra room for anything else your Sim may need.
