Took a leaf out of my favourite simmer's book and did an upgrade to one of the EA base game starter homes in Oasis Springs! I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed renovating it. It's amazing what you can do when you rearrange the floor plan a bit - managed to get two bedrooms in this one!
