A modern day cabin replicated from a house I took a pic of in Larchmont NY. I used whatever stuff I could find in the sims using no ccs whatsoever. It's just the skeleton of the house open and ready for however you want to design the interior. There is a backyard deck with a little BBQ area just to add a little something to the back of the house. Good starter home for a wood/nature-loving-naturalist sim or family.
