This is actually a 10 bedroom house but the game only went up to 9. It started out as one of the smallest houses at $13,000 in Willow Creek then expanded to cover the entire lot and then some. It might be small but it works for that growing family. Second floor for children and top floor is a teen hideaway! Warning: Basement comes with a pool.
