Baby Factory is perfect place to raise and "produce" children. They can learn here almost every skill, from flower arranging to rocket science. You dont have to worry about the pool, you can lock it by door on secont floor. I highly recomend to place the mansion on "The Ward Den" in Del Sol Valley so Kelly is going to have wonderful view during night from her office and jacuzzi.
