A psudo recreation of Pierre's General Store from #stardewvalley with the additional lot space used as a sort of park. A few additional rooms were added to the lower level (an office and storage room) and the living space moved to the second floor. The lower level also retains the community space and churchish room. Could be used a either a residential or retail lot,
