This starter house has objects for a cat, but you can swap them out if you want a dog, or remove them if you don't want to start off with a pet. Unlike S.V, this house comes equiped with a shower, toilet, and a cooler. No TV, but there is a woodworking bench! There is also a pond in the back to stock with your own fish.
