I took a LOT of creative license on this one in order to make it work with Sims 4's limited tools. This lot includes Sebastian's shack and Willy's shop as well as a basement apartment for Willy. There is actual fishing available in the water! I also added a computer to Sebastian's shack since they are necessary in this game for a writing career.
