This towering building has a ton to do! Except normal life things like sleep and shower. BUT the 360 views are worth having to use the facilities in the bushes. Top floor has a paint area and a floral area to create everything your heart wants! The 3rd floor is a bar and lounge area, and the 2nd floor is a gym so your SIM can make sure they are in shape enough to make it up the stairs for the 4th floor!
