This lot is kinda a community lot. An elder and his son own it and they charge admission for other sims to come and milk the cows, collet honey from the bees, collet chicken eggs etc...and theres even a flower shop on the lot. If you dont want to play in this house, you could place it, move a random sim in to take care of the animals then the household you're playing with could go visit.
