I Decided to Renovate #Springscape in Oasis Springs. I tried to go for an earthy modern look. It comes with 3 rooms (two bedrooms and one is an office but can be converted to a bedroom if you'd like) and two bathrooms. Kitchen openly flows into the dining area and living area. The backyard is decorated with seating for those who have sims who like the outdoors, There is a garden bed ready to be used (nothing is currently planted), Enjoy!
