I remodelled the 'Springscape Lot. Added a basement where I moved the 2 bedrooms that use to be on the first floor. The 3rd bedroom I turned into a nursery it's on the first floor. There's a better dining area. The 3rd bathroom is downstairs. BBQ, portable bar, and monkey bars. The house now has a little more 'space' and feels more livable.
