Built on Sporting Space, I wanted to move the vet clinic to a smaller lot and make it feel more like a small town vet than a big, cold, and sterile building. This was a ton of fun to build! I used a lot of debug for plants to have the build fit in with the world. Don't forget to put moveobjects on when placing this lot, please let me know if there is anything I can improve on.
