This Shop was built by Ethans Granddad. After Ethan had torn down the "Furnishings Plaza" he was embarrassed that his small shop wouldnt fit into this Area. So he asked his Granddad if he can have his old Left Shop. With the Money he sold the Clear Lot in Magnolia Promenade.
