Insipired by the new pack, I wanted to build a house for a spellcaster dispite not having Realm of Magic. Also @Ninnster had a magic themed challenge, so this is my take on that as well. The owner of this house is an aclhemist, a retired professor, who still sometimes arranges private lessons in their basement that has spaces for teaching and an office.
