Should have uploaded this when I first completed it, instead of after living in for weeks (sim time). Dark Spellcaster inspired, my Sim family living in it has the ancient bloodline trait (took forever to get! Uploading the family in case you want to cheat). There is an additional 4th bedroom - it is currently designed as a science lab of sorts. Fully upgraded rocketship included (just the basic ship, not the fancy career one).
