The house was built with a family of spellcasters in mind but any kind of family is welcome to move in. It’s quite a big house and the hobby rooms upstairs can be converted into bedrooms if needed. The house takes most of the space of 20x30 lot so if you’d like your sims to have a proper garden, place the house on some bigger lot.
