Remodeled the Spencer-Kim-Lewis estate! Redid the floorplan to add a closed home office and an additional bathroom upstairs. Most of the home is decorated in a scandinavian minimalist style, but elderly Vivian's room is done up with antiques and elderly Dennis has a sort of outdated inlaw suite in the garage. Of course Olivia's room is done up to be any little girls dream room! Also went a little wild in the guest room and made it a dramatic morrocan suite! #Spencer-Kim #Mansion #Scandinavian
