Cozy Starter
My goal was to create a base game starter family home for under 20,000 simoleons. I barely made that goal! There is a master bedroom, full bath, small room, office area, kitchen, and living room. There is plenty of yard space to enlarge the house, if wanted.I'm not great at landscaping, but i tried!
