It's time for another DBF shell challenge. This time we are doing an apartment shell! You do not have to have city living to participate, just treat the 2x2 square inside like the elevator shaft. The rules to this challenge are simple.. DON'T TOUCH ANY WALLS or add any walls. Fences and dividers are ok. You can make it a community lot if you want as well.
