Re-work of Maxis' #BedlingtonBoathouse. I'm interested in doing base-game reno's that keep their original spirit and intent. This build retains a very similar footprint, albeit rotated, and with an expanded second floor for two bedrooms. This #Brindleton #boathouse flows towards the backyard, inviting your sims to the water outside.
