This home has quite a specific purpose. I while ago, I made a sim that was a celebrity that wanted to move to the suburbs and start a family after realizing that the "celeb lifestyle" isn't for him. So even though it's quite a typical suburban house on the outside, this sim made it into something he would prefer.
