So this is a Pretty large house. This is kind of how i picture it: So this is a single mom with 4 child sims which all share a huge room. THere is a Teen sim and she has her own pretty small room. And then there is also a toddler. If you want another bathroom then you can get rid of the toddler bedroom and replace it, or get rid of the teen bedroom.
