Once upon a time, a young couple lived in the basement apartment of this brownstone. Years passed, and that lucky couple came to own the entirety of the building! When their time came, they left it to their grandson, who saw it as an incredible opportunity to create a marvelous house. Then he went to college, and ran out of time.
